植入下颌修复体中的松质骨应力水平研究
Stress distribution research of cancellous bone on hemi-mandibular prosthesis
【摘要】 下颌骨假体植入人体后,为了增加人体与假体的生物相容性,需在假体上镂孔并在孔中植入松质骨颗粒,松质骨能否与自体骨长合是医工界共同关心的问题。本文基于半侧下颌骨缺损修复体对此问题进行了仿真计算。确定了使松质骨骨细胞能够生长的应力刺激水平的阈值,评价了修复体上各个部位的应力水平。得出了作用在填充孔中的松质骨上的应力刺激水平达到了生长阈值的结论,对临床有积极指导意义。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the biocompatibility of prosthesis and nature mandibular,the prosthesis should be hollowed out and cancellous marrow would be implanted in it.Combining the prosthesis and mandibular together is a focus for surgery and engineers.A hemi-mandibular prosthesis was constructed and evaluated focused on the problem.The threshold value which can stimulate the cancellous bone cell grow was established and stress distribution of the prosthesis was investigated.A satisfied result showed that the stress acting on the cancellous bone implanted in the holes of the prosthesis can achieve the threshold value.
