硅钢裂纹处氧化圆点及脱硅现象的实验研究

【摘要】 为确定硅钢表面缺陷产生的工序,对硅钢裂纹处氧化圆点特性进行了实验研究.运用Gleeble1500模拟热轧裂纹连续降温过程,结果表明Q钢、W20钢热轧裂纹分别在1170℃和1160℃以上会产生细小氧化圆点.铸坯裂纹加热炉过程模拟发现其裂纹附近产生粗大的氧化圆点.能谱分析表明铸坯裂纹相对热轧裂纹来说存在明显的脱硅层,两种裂纹的氧化圆点在形貌、层厚以及氧化圆点附近脱硅性上存在较大差异,这种差别可作为判定硅钢缺陷生成工序的参考依据.

【Abstract】 An experimental study was made on the character of oxidized round spots in electrical steel in order to determine the forming procedure of surface defects. The results showed that nice oxidized round spots could form in hot rolling cracks of Q steel and W20 steel when the temperature is over 1 170 ℃ and 1 160 ℃ respectively using the thermal simulator Gleeble 1 500. Oxidized round spots in casting blank cracks in a heater by simulator experiment were crassitude. Desilication of the casting blank cracks were more obvious than that of hot rolling cracks by energy spectrum analysis. There was great difference in pattern, layer thickness and adjacent desilication of oxidized round spots. Such discrepancy can be set as a reference to determine the formation procedure of defects in electrical steel.
