不同城市不同类型污泥厌氧消化产气性能比较

【摘要】 在中温(35℃)条件下,对不同城市的浓缩污泥和压滤污泥在60、80和100 g/L三种不同负荷率下,进行厌氧消化产气性能比较研究。结果显示,在三种不同的负荷率下,同一污泥的单位总固体(TS)产气量、单位挥发性固体(VS)产气量、消化单位TS产气量、消化单位VS产气量之间没有显著差异。同一城市浓缩污泥和压滤污泥的厌氧消化性能相比有些不同,但差异不显著。取自北京某污水处理厂的两种污泥的厌氧消化性都明显好于河南某污水处理厂的污泥,其浓缩泥和压滤泥的消化单位VS产气量分别为0.7和0.9 L/g,具有较佳的厌氧消化性能。

【Abstract】 Concentrated and dewatered sludges from Beijing and Henan have been anaerobically digested at mesophilic temperature(35 ℃),using three loading rates of 60,80 and 100 g/L,in order to compare their anaerobic biogasification performance.The results showed that the biogas yield per loaded total solids(TS) and volatile solids(VS),and the biogas yield per digested TS and VS were similar for concentrated and dewatered sludges from the same location;there were significant differences between the sludges from different locations,however.The biogas yield per digested VS of concentrated and dewatered sludges from the Beijing municipal wastewater treatment plant were 0.7 and 0.9 L/g,respectively,significantly greater than the corresponding values for sludges from Henan province.
