几种花卉叶片的组织结构对其抗甲醛能力的影响

【摘要】 以绿萝(Scindapsus aureus)、亮丝草(Aglaonema moclestum)、花烛(Anthuriuman-dreanum)、长寿花(Catharanthus roseus)和非洲菊(Gerberajamesonii)为试材,浓度为5.0mg/mL的甲醛处理24h后,观察其受害状况,并对其叶片进行解剖观察。结果表明:叶片表皮的气孔密度、栅栏组织和海绵组织的细胞排列方式等对植物抗甲醛能力有明显影响,未发现处理前后气孔开度变化与植物抗甲醛能力之间存在明显的正相关。

【Abstract】 Test was carried out with Scindapsus Aureus,Aglaonema moclestum,Anthurium Andraeanum,Catharanthus roseu and Gerbera Jamesonii.The damage symptom and the dissected structure were observed after 24 hours treatment by the formaldehyde.The results indicated that the stoma density,cells arrangement mode of the leaf pellicle and other cuticular factors affected the capacity of the resistance to the formaldehyde distinctly,and there was no obvious evidence to testify the positive relation between the variation of stoma and the resistance to the formaldehyde when these plants were treated by formaldehyde.
