聚氨酯/聚丙烯腈扭曲螺旋纳米纤维的电纺制备
Preparation of Curled or Helical PU/PAN Fibers by Electrospinning
【摘要】 用静电纺丝法对聚氨酯在不同质量分数(4%~16%)和不同电压(14 kV~26 kV)下的可纺性进行了研究;制备了聚氨酯/聚丙烯腈共混溶液的扭曲螺旋纤维,研究了聚氨酯和聚丙烯腈不同质量比以及电压对扭曲螺旋纤维形貌的影响.研究结果表明:聚氨酯的质量分数为13%、电压为20 kV时得到的纤维形貌最好;聚氨酯和聚丙烯腈质量比在1∶1~13∶5之间均可得到扭曲螺旋结构的纳米纤维;随着聚氨酯和聚丙烯腈质量比的增加,所得螺旋纤维螺旋环的螺距增大,螺旋环的直径变小;当电压增大时,扭曲螺旋环的螺距减小,螺旋环的直径变大.
【Abstract】 In this paper,spinnability of Polyurethane(PU) with different concentration,which changed from 4% to 16% by weight and varied from 14 kV to 26 kV by voltage,was studied.Then polymeric fibers with curled or helical structures was prepared from solution of PU and polyacrylonitrile(PAN) in N,N-dimethyl-formamide(DMF) by electrospinning.The influence of ratio of PU and PAN and the voltage on the appearance of fibers was also studied.Results showed that the morphology of fibers was the best when PU concentration was 13% by weight and voltage was 20 kV. When the voltage was fixed,the diameter of the helix decreased and the coil diameter increased with the increase of proportion between PU and PAN.On the contrary,when the proportion between PU and PAN was fixed,the diameter of the helix increased and the coil diameter decreased with the increase of voltage.
