【摘要】 绍兴污水处理厂二期工程于2003年投运,污水处理核心部分——好氧系统采用了8台高压鼓风机供气,鼓风机设置就地控制系统和远程控制系统,通过DP总线电缆连接,在运行过程中控制系统出现了一些问题,主要对二期工程鼓风机的使用过程中产生问题进行分析,并对控制系统、控制柜、雷电影响等方面进行了改造,从而确保了鼓风机正常运行。更多还原
