【Abstract】 This paper proposes a novel algorithm for scrambling video based on the properties of the periodicity and uniformity of the Fibonacci transformations.This algorithm has the advantages of high speed of operation,good scrambling effect,and high robustness against loss of data and noising.The algorithm is also independent of input video formation and encoding mode.更多还原
