【摘要】 目的探讨卵细胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)技术在常规体外受精失败后卵子再受精中的有效性。方法在12个体外受精失败周期中应用ICSI对未受精的MⅡ期卵子进行再受精,将获得的优质胚胎冷冻保存,选择适当时机复温后移植,移植前均行胚胎辅助孵化。结果106个未受精的成熟卵子接受ICSI,注射后92个卵子存活。其中75个卵子正常受精,受精率为70.8%(75/106);12个卵子出现三原核或单原核。69个正常受精卵发生分裂,卵裂率为92.0%(69/75)。最后获得优质胚胎58个,冻融后共移植胚胎38个,其中1个周期的7个冻融胚胎均破碎而未移植,其余11个周期均有可供移植的胚胎。1例孕3月时流产,1例单胎临床妊娠分娩出正常婴儿,临床妊娠率为18.2%。结论ICSI使常规体外受精失败的卵子再受精,配合胚胎冻融及辅助孵化技术实现临床妊娠,具有一定的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)in human oocyte reinsemination after failure of conventional in vitro fertilization(IVF).Methods Reinsemination via ICSI was carried out on MⅡ oocytes(No.=106)after 12-cycle failure of conventional IVF.The best embryos were frozen and transplanted after thawing and assisted hatching(AH).Results Ninety-two MⅡoocytes received ICSI were survived among which normal fertilization was found in 75 oocytes(75/106,70.8%),cleavage in 69 oocytes(69/75,92.0%).Polyploidic(or monoploidic)oocytes were found in 12 oocytes,57 best embryos were freeze-thawing,of which 38 could be transferred to 11 women.One embryo failed to be transplanted,seven embryos were damaged seriously during transplantation.One patient conceived two twins clinically after ET,and another biochemically.The pregnancy rate was 18.2%.Conclusion ICSI could be used to reinseminate the oocytes from the failed fertilization cycles in vitro.It has some efficacy of obtaining pregnancy with the help of freeze-thawing and assisted hatching of embryos.更多还原
