【摘要】 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗、血脂紊乱与胆结石的关系。方法:观察32例伴胆结石及36例不伴胆结石的2型糖尿病患者的血清C肽、血脂水平的变化。结果:2型糖尿病伴胆结石组空腹和糖负荷后2 h血清C肽、低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇均高于不伴胆结石组(P<0.05~P<0.001),余指标两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者存在的胰岛素抵抗及由此导致的相关脂质代谢异常是胆结石形成的一个独立危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship of gallstone to insulin resistance(IR) and lipid level in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A case matched study was carried out to investigate the changes of C-peptide,serum lipids in type 2 diabetic patients with or without gallstone.Results:The rate of C-peptide,lipoprotein and cholestrol were much higher than those of the patients without gallstone.The other indexes had no statistical difference(P<0.05-P<0.001).Conclusions:The result indicates that IR and dyslipoidosis might be an independence risk factor for the development of gallstone in type 2 diabetic patients.更多还原
