【摘要】 通过对2003-2004年步步高DVD杯全国女子排球联赛辽宁队与天津队比赛拦网技术运用情况统计分析,认为我国女排拦网技术是防反战术中最重要的环节。比赛中,双人拦网的运用率远远高于单人拦网、三人拦网,成为拦网技术中主要运用技术形式;双人拦网中,2号位双人拦网在比赛中出现的次数最多,2号位双人拦网能力是取得比赛胜利的重要因素;拦起效果是得分关键,将拦失效果转变为拦起效果,是提高拦网防反能力,取得比赛胜利的重要措施之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 By watching the match between the teams of Liaoning and Tianjin of the National Women Volleyball Association 2003-2004,through situation analysis of the technique of blocking,it is concluded that the technique of blocking is the most important technique in the defending counterattack technique.In the match,the rate of double blocking is more often than the single and three,the double blocking is the main form of technique.In the double blocking,the ability of position 2 occurs frequently and it is the key fact of winning the whole match.The effect of blocking is the key point of getting the whole victory in the entire game.更多还原
