微波合成窄分布无皂P(St-co-AA)胶乳粒子
Poly(Styrene-co-Acrylic Acid) Latex Particles Via Soapless Emulsion Polymerization Using Microwave Composition
【摘要】 以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在微波辐照下对苯乙烯/丙烯酸(St/AA)共聚体系进行无皂乳液聚合,运用动态激光光散射技术对胶乳粒子进行了表征。在固定引发剂用量的条件下,研究了不同单体配比对聚合物胶乳粒子的大小及分布的影响,结果表明,AA的加入使得胶体粒子的尺寸变小,分布变窄。
【Abstract】 The soapless latex particles of poly(styrene-co-acrylic acid) are synthesized by ammonium persulfate as initiator under microwave irradiation.The latex particles have been measured by dynamic laser light scattering technique.At the fixed dosage of initiator,the effect of comonomer ratio on the size of particles and its distribution has been discussed in detail.The results of characterization show that the addition of acrylic acid results in a smaller particles’ size and lower distribution.
