【摘要】乳房炎是奶牛生产中最普遍、最复杂也是花费最多的疾病,与乳铁蛋白存在一定的相关性。本实验以DHPLC取代SSCP检测bLF基因点突变。结果表明,DHPLC对点突变的检出率达到97%,优于SSCP等方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mastitis is the most frequent,complex and costly disease in dairy cattle and has a close relationship with the lactoferrin.In this present study,DHPLC is used to screen the point mutation instead of SSCP and the 97% of the accuracy indicates DHPLC is a good method compared with SSCP,et al.更多还原
