分光光度法测定华蟾素分散片中吲哚类生物碱的含量

【摘要】 目的探讨测定华蟾素分散片中吲哚类生物碱含量的方法。方法根据5-羟色胺(5-HT)与15%的对二甲氨基苯甲醛盐酸试液生成红色化合物,在555 nm处有吸收峰的特点,用可见分光光度法测定其含量。结果5-羟色胺在0.002~0.020 g.L-1范围内,吸收度与浓度呈良好的线性关系r=0.9999(n=6)。平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.69%。结论可见分光光度法简单、准确,可作为华蟾素分散片的质量控制方法。

【Abstract】 Aim To establish a method for determination of indole alkaloid in cinobufacin dispersible tablets by spectrophotometry.Methods The content of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) was determined by red compound formed 5-HT with 15% paradimethylaminobenzal dehyde reagent on the condition of acidity,which implied absorption move to 555 nm.Results The linear range of 5-HT was between 0.002 and 0.020 g·L-1,r=0.9999.The average recovery was 99.68% with the RSD of 0.69%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for the quality control of cinobufacin dispersible tablets.
