【摘要】 目的通过对声带良性病变不同术式术后效果的观察,以明确理想的手术方法。方法对我科2002年1月～2006年12月320例声带良性病变,其中声带息肉218例,声带小结98例,声带囊肿4例患者分别采用间接喉镜法98例,纤维喉镜法220例,支撑喉镜显微镜下手术2例切除病变后观察术后效果。结果308例均在1～2周内获得满意发音,12例1～2周发音明显好转,约1年后发音完全恢复,总有效率100%。结论对不同病变范围的声带良性病变应选择不同的手术方式,间接喉镜及纤维喉镜下声带良性病变手术对合适病例仍然是一种理想的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of variety surgery in the treatment of vocal cord benign lesion (vocal nodules, polyp of vocal cord, cyst of vocal cord). Methods In the 320 patients, 98 cases had vocal nodules, 218 were vocal polyps and other vocal cord cysts. Operation was performed under indirect laryngoscope (98 cases.). Laryngofiberscope (220 cases) and direct laryngoscope with microscope (2 cases). Results 308 Patients of satisfactory phonation were found within 1 or 2 weeks, 12 Patients of phonation was improved obviously within 1 or 2 weeks and fully recovered after one years. The general effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The most patients who had vocal cord benign lesions could be operated under indirect laryngoscope and laryngofiberscope, which have the advantages of rare complications and rapid recovery.更多还原
