【摘要】 目的:探讨简便易行的卫生项目阶段综合考评方法。方法:以安徽省世界银行贷款基本卫生服务项目为研究对象,调研项目阶段综合考评实施方法及在各项目县实际应用状况。结果:各县项目实施成效被量化综合考评,并按照得分高低排出名次。结论:卫生项目阶段综合考评方法可供各地进行绩效评估参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study aims to explore simple and feasible phrase comprehensive evaluation methods of health project. Methods The actual use of phrase comprehensive evaluation methods was surveyed and analyzedtwice by 2005-2006 in ten counties, which were supported by Anhui Provincial Word Bank Loan Basic Health Service Project(health Ⅷ project). Results All project countie’s phrase comprehensive performance was evaluated and measured and a rank of comprehensive score was listed. Conclusions The phrase comprehensive evaluation methods of health Ⅷ project provide the precious experiences for health project performance evaluation.更多还原
