【摘要】 目的:提高洗胃质量,提高抢救药物中毒患者的成功率。方法:坐卧位插管洗胃:插入深度45～55公分,总量10000～15000毫升;左侧卧位洗胃:插管深度、灌洗总量都与坐卧位插管相同;先取平卧位插管后立即左侧卧位,头低于腰部,使口腔位置低于喉头。结果:两种体位洗胃对比,效果有明显差异。结论:药物中毒患者采取左侧卧位洗胃效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality of gastric lavage and the achievement ratio of rescuing the patients of drug poison.Methods Gastric tube is inserted into the patient in the position of sitting-lying.The depth of insertion is 45～55cm,and the total volume of liquid is 10,000-15,000ml.The depth and the total volume of gastric lavage in left-lying position is the same with that in sitting-lying position.When the gastric tube is inserted into the patients in the position of lying,the patient takes the position of left-lying.The head of patient is below the waist to make his oral cavity under his throat.Results The effect of gastric lavage between the position of sitting-lying and the position of left-lying is of significant difference.Conclusions The effect of gastric lavage in the position of left-lying is better than that of sitting-lying.更多还原
