The major problems exiting in the development of peasants professional cooperatives were analyzed.The successful experience of foreign countries supporting the development of peasants professional cooperatives was summarized.Based on the laws of peasants professional cooperatives of the People's Republic of China,the policies and suggestions that counter-feeding China's peasants professional cooperatives were put forward.
