乌鸡和珍珠鸡杂交体胚胎脑干结构观察及形态学指标测定
Embryo Brain Stem Structure Observation of Hybrid offspring between Black Bone Chickens and Guinea Fowl(Numida meleagris) and the Measurement of Its Morphological Indexes
【摘要】 [目的]探究乌鸡和珍珠鸡杂交体解剖生理结构。[方法]从胚胎发育及形态解剖方面对乌鸡和珍珠鸡杂交体胚胎脑干结构进行观察及形态学指标进行测定。[结果]乌鸡和珍珠鸡杂交体外部形态表现,不产蛋,内生殖器官为睾丸,生殖系统发育异常,食性大。抗病性强。选用人工孵化鸡胚脑干组织,通过透射电镜技术进行光电镜研究表明:神经细胞具突起,胞体直径10~20μm,长度80~160μm。丝足直径0.2μm,上有充满囊泡的丘状结构,每个丘状结构中有250μm的小泡,数目差异大。[结论]该研究为经济禽类的饲养提供了解剖生理学依据。
【Abstract】 The objective of this study is to explore the anatomic and physiological structure of Black Bone chicken and Guinea fowl(Numida meleagris).The study has observed the embryo brain stem structure of Hybrid offspring between Black Bone Chickens and Guinea Fowl(Numida meleagris) and measured its morphological indexes.The external morphology of Hybrid offspring between Black Bone Chickens and Guinea Fowl(Numida meleagris) showed female traits and not-egg-laying;and the internal reproductive organ is testicle,abnormal development of the reproductive system,good appetite and disease resistant.This study has provided anatomic and physiological basis for economic feeding of poultry.
