6种杀虫剂防治桃桑白蚧田间药效试验及评价

【摘要】 [目的]寻找防治桃桑白蚧的理想常规农药,为当地控制桃桑白蚧的流行提供科学依据。[方法]选用6种杀虫剂,进行9个处理、4次重复的田间药效试验,观察各杀虫剂防治桃桑白蚧的田间药效。[结果]以26%蚧必杀乳油2 000~3 000倍液和5%高效氯氰菊酯2 000倍液对桃树桑白蚧的防效较为突出,其次为20%甲氰菊酯乳油2 000倍液和2.5%蝽虱蚧桑乳油2 000倍液;而当地常用的3%金世纪乳油2 000倍液和48%乐斯本乳油2 000倍液的药效显著低于以上杀虫剂。[结论]选用26%蚧必杀乳油2 000~3 000倍液、5%高效氯氰菊酯白色水乳剂2 000倍液、20%甲氰菊酯乳油2 000倍液、2.5%蝽虱蚧杀乳油2 000倍液、48%乐斯本乳油2 000倍液进行交替使用,可取得较好的防治桃桑白蚧的效果。

【Abstract】 [Objective] The purpose of the study was to look for perfect conventional pesticides of controlling Pseudoaulacaspis pentagona targioni-tozzetti so as to provide scientific basis for controlling locally epidemic P.pentagona targioni-tozzetti.[Method] The field efficacy of every pesticide on controlling P.pentagona targioni-tozzetti was observed in the field efficacy trial with 9 treatments and 4 repetitions,and 6 chosen kinds of pesticides.[Result] The controlling effects of 26% Jiebisha emulsifiable concentrate(EC) diluted for 2 000~3 000 times and dilute solution of 5% beta-cypermethrin diluted for 2 000 times were more outstanding.The controlling effects of 20% fenpropathrin EC and 2.5% Chunshijiesang EC all diluted for 2 000 times were next.The controlling effects of locally common 3% Jinshiji EC and 48% Lesiben EC all diluted for 2 000 times were significantly lower than that of the above pesticides.[Conclusion] The better controlling effects against P.pentagona targioni-tozzetti could be obtained by conducting alternative application of 26% Jiebisha EC diluted for 2 000~3 000 times,5% high-active cypermethrin white aqueous emulsion diluted for 2 000 times,20% fenpropathrin EC and 2.5% Chunshijiesang EC all diluted for 2 000 times,48% Lesiben EC diluted for 2 000 times.
