【Abstract】 Changes of proprietary economic relations was involved in the investment in land arrangement,management and utilization of rearranged plot and transfer of property rights.Meanwhile,land price played an important role in this changing course.Firstly,property rights and economic relations were analyzed according to different land arrangement patterns.Then,the relation between investment in land arrangement and land price was elaborated from an angle of development and investment.The approach to appraise rearranged plot was also discussed.It was pointed out that appraisal of rearranged plot should be based on property rights and open market price should be appraised impartially obeying market rule.Price mechanism should be introduced to promote the development of land rearrangement.更多还原
