【摘要】 研究不同比例稻谷替代玉米对肉用仔鸡生产、屠宰性能的影响。将180只1日龄健康AA商品代肉鸡苗,按体重相近原则随机分为3组,每组设6个重复,各重复10只。试验分1～21日龄、22～42日龄2期。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别以40%、100%稻谷替代基础日粮中的玉米。试验期间记录各组体增重及耗料量等,分别于21、42日龄测定各组肉鸡的生产性能及屠宰性能。结果表明,40%替代比例对肉鸡体增重、料肉比、屠宰性能均无显著影响,而100%替代肉鸡22～42日龄体增重显著下降,腹脂率显著降低。以40%稻谷替代日粮中玉米,肉仔鸡生产性能较为理想,且对胴体品质也有一定改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Effects of replacing corn with paddy grain in different ratios on the growth and slaughter performance in broilers were studied.180 AA commercial broilers were randomly allotted into three groups by weight at 1 d of age.Every group included six replications and each replication contains ten broilers.This test included two periods of 1-21 d and 22-42 d.The control group was fed with basal diet.Paddy grain was substituted for 40 % and 100 % corn in experiment groups,respectively.Body gain and consumption of feed were recorded during the test.Production performance and slaughter performance in broilers were determined at 21 d and 42 d of age respectively.The results showed that there was no significant effect on body gain,feed transformation efficiency and slaughter performance in 40 % replacement group,while in 100 % replacement group body gain and the proportion of abdominal fat decreased significantly during the period of 22～42 d.Under the experimental conditions,replacing 40 % corn with paddy grain in diet,the production performance was more desirable and the quality of carcass got a certain improvement.更多还原
