【摘要】 在25℃恒温条件下,对10个来源不同的白灵菇菌株菌丝生长情况、子实体农艺性状、产量及出菇早晚进行了比较,并对10个白灵菇菌株的菌丝体进行了酯酶同工酶测定。结果表明,白灵6、白灵9和白灵3菌株生长速度较快;经济性状较好的菌株是白灵3、白灵9、白灵6、白灵7、白灵10;产量较高的菌株是白灵3、白灵6、白灵10;出菇较早的是白灵3、白灵4、白灵10;各菌株在酶谱上有丰富的表达,且在Rf值0.160处都出现一条稳定一致的基本酶带,但在酶带数、Rf值及酶活性上菌株之间存在一定的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mycelium growth state, agronomic characteristics of fruitbodies, early maturity charactertics and the yields of 10 Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi strains were compared under 25 ℃. Esterase isozyme of 10 mycelia Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi strains were studied by orthogonal slab polyacrylanide gel electrophoresis. Result showed that the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi No. 6, No. 3 and No. 9 was faster than others. The economic properites of Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi No. 3, No. 9, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 10 were better. Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi No. 3, No. 6 and No. 10 had higher yields. And Pleurotus ferulae Lenzi No. 3, No. 4 and No. 10 appeared earlier. All the strains had plentiful expression on isozyme band at 0.160 of Rf value. There were differences among strains in the numbers of isozyme bands, Rf value and enzyme activity.更多还原
