玉米须黄酮的模拟移动床色谱纯化工艺
Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography Purification Technology of Maize Silk Flavones
【摘要】 [目的]探讨和寻找克服以往玉米须黄酮及其单体纯化工艺不足的技术,分离玉米须黄酮及其单体。[方法]以玉米须浸膏为原料,采用萃取和模拟移动床色谱相结合的办法分离高纯度玉米须黄酮,并优化其纯化工艺。[结果]所得产品和检测结果符合要求,明确了玉米须黄酮的纯化工艺路线。[结论]规模化精细分离技术和模拟移动床色谱分离技术可用于高纯度玉米须黄酮的分离纯化。
【Abstract】 [Objective] The study aimed to discuss and find technology to overcome the ancient deficiency of purification technology of maize silk flavones and their monomers and isolate them. [Method] With maize silk extract as raw material, the high-purity maize silk flavones were isolated and their purification technology was optimized by combining extraction with simulated moving bed chromatography.[Result] The obtained product and the test result accorded to the requirement and the purification technology and routine were confirmed.[Conclusion] Scale fine isolation technology and simulated moving bed chromatography isolation technology could be used to isolate and purify high-purity maize silk flavones.
