香花槐与刺槐花粉形态的电镜观察及比较
Observation and Comparson Based Scan Electron Microscope on Pollen Morphology of Robinia Idaho with the Robinia pseudoacacia Linn
【摘要】 应用SEM技术,对香花槐的花粉形态进行电镜扫描观察,根据花粉的形态、大小及外壁纹饰等超微结构,鉴证花粉的类型。发现花粉粒呈长球形,极面观为三裂圆形,具3条萌发沟,萌发沟附近具萌发孔,外壁纹饰为桔皮状。许多研究资料表明,植物花粉数量大,形态特征具有遗传性。一般认为,同属的植物花粉,其形态特征在许多方面表现同一属的共同点。从花粉资料显示,香花槐和刺槐花粉在形态上有高度的相似性,说明它们可能属于同一个属,这一论断有待于香花槐的细胞学研究验证。
【Abstract】 The pollen morphology of Robinia Idaho were observed by SEM technology to identify pollen stype,according to ultra structure such as pollen shape,size and ektexine veins.The results were as follows: pollen grains of Robinia Idaho were elongate and polar view were trifid split round with 3 chimb and foramen neighborhood,besides,their out wall were orange surface.Many studies point out that the quantity of plands pollen is large and its shape has genetic speciality.Believed generally that,branch and genus,is,also frequently common characteristic of plants pollen has the common specificity of species in many aspects.The morphological features were the extremely similarity in many aspects of the performance between the Robinia Idaho and Robinia pseudoacacia Linn,which possibly belonged to the identical genus.
