聚乙烯酮偶氮颜料的合成与性能研究
Study on the synthesis and properties of polyketene azo pigment
【摘要】 以无毒的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,控制适当反应条件,将其氧化为聚乙烯酮(PVK).然后再以合适的芳胺经重氮化反应偶合到PVK的活性亚甲基上,合成出类汉沙黄颜料.对反应的条件(时间,温度等)进行了讨论,优化了反应条件.
【Abstract】 Polyketene(PVK) was synthesized by oxidation reaction using nontoxic substance polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as material and H2O2 as oxidant under suitable conditions.Appropriate aromatic amines were diazotized and coupled with the active methylene of the PVK to give a group of yellow pigments,which have the similar properties with Hansan Yellow dye.The reaction conditions(time,temperature and so on) of the diazotization and coupling were investigated and optimized.
