空间钢管结构TT型及其加强节点的承载性能分析

【摘要】 由于钢管的自身截面特性良好,承载性能高,造型美观,外形简洁、流畅,节点形式简单和施工简单,节省材料等特点,使得钢管结构在建筑结构尤其是大跨度空间结构中得到广泛的应用。在此类结构的设计中,节点的形式通常采用直接焊接的相贯节点,管节点的设计是此类结构设计的重点,一直为人们所关注。结合实际的工程,对工程中的TT型节点的承载力用规范规定的公式和有限元法进行了对比计算,介绍了TT型节点的加强形式并对其承载力用有限元法进行了计算,验证了加强方式的可行性。

【Abstract】 The tubular structure is widely used nowadays in the modern buildings,especially in the large-span spatial structures,for its advantages of good mechanical sectional characteristics,high loading capacity,grand configuration,simple and fluent formation,easy connection fabrication and overall construction,etc.The directly welded intersection joint is the usual form of the connection in this type of structure.The design of the tubular joint is the main part of the design of tubular structure and it was paid much attention to.In this paper,based on a practical project,the results by the proposed design method in the Codes and by finite element analysis are compared of the loading capacity of the TT-shaped spatial steel tubular joint.As well,the strengthening scheme of this type of connection is discussed,and its loading capacity is also investigated by the means of finite element analysis.
