【摘要】 调研表明,目前我国高校知识产权专业及其人才培养存在如下问题:人才培养数量少;培养层次结构与社会需求不相配;师资力量匮乏;人才培养经验不足,学科建设体系尚不完善。为此,各高等院校应加强知识产权普及教育,将知识产权以必修课方式列入教学计划,大力发展双学位和法律硕士教育,制定和实施知识产权师资培训计划,以及设计差异化的人才培养方案与知识产权跨学科培养教学计划。更多还原

【Abstract】 Investigation show that, there exist the following problems in the intellectual property right education and its talents cultivation in higher education institutions: the amount of talents cultivated by intellectual property right education isn’t enough; the level and structure of talents cultivated by the education isn’t matching with social demand; teaching staff is short; talents cultivation experiences is little; subject construction system hasn’t been perfect yet. Therefore, higher vocational schools should strengthen the popularization of intellectual property right education, integrate intellectual property right into teaching project by the mode of compulsory course, vigorously develop dual-diploma and law master education, make and carry out training project for intellectual property right teaching staff, design different talents cultivation project and trans-disciplinary cultivation teaching plan.更多还原
