【Abstract】 In order to enlarge the force of human resource development, the economic and technological development region in China all enlarge the school-running force of vocational education, which has explored various vocational education development modes, such as constructing vocational education district, pluralistic cooperation between school and enterprise, forming vocational education group by the alliance between school and industry. The partnership among government, industry, enterprise and society are increasingly becoming important resources for vocational education.
