【摘要】 借鉴并应用流程再造(BPR)、失效模式及后果分析(FMEA)以及质量功能展开(QFD)等质量管理学思路与方法,重新构建教学计划制定工作的科学方法与工作流程,是高职高专教学计划制定工作的一项大胆尝试。运用此方法与工作流程制定教学计划,能够最大限度地避免教学计划的盲目性,减少教学计划形成过程中产生的各种偏差。更多还原
