【Abstract】 Apprenticeship’s training is a traditional vocational education mode. In 1990s, the depressed economy and difficult employment make Finland goverment renewedly recognize as well as propel the development of apprenticeship’s training, and the sustainable support of lagislation from government strength the role and status of apprenticeship’s training as well as form its own features: financial funding mechanism comprise of government direct funding and corporation indirect funding; adopting the quality management mechanism standardized by "Finland Quality Prize" and "European Quality Prize".更多还原
