【Abstract】 According to adult learning characteristics and realistic demand,adult higher education should apply working-based learning model,and the model of integration between working and learning is a beneficial attempt.The model of integration between working and learning take results of professional behavior as the ability standards,constructing learning modules according to professional needs,setting up flexible curriculum framework and content system according to posts distribution,adopting item-based teaching procedure,implementing exercises-based classroom teaching model,and also adopting summarized assessment mode matching with item-based teaching procedure.更多还原
