【摘要】 目的:明确心理护理对非接触式眼压计测量值的影响。方法:100例患者(200眼),分别用非接触式眼压计测量心理护理前、心理护理后眼压以及用Goldmann压平眼压计测量眼压。结果:护理前眼压为15.3±2.19mmHg,护理后眼压为14.7±2.40mmHg,减去Goldmann压平眼压计测量眼压值的差值取绝对值后分别为3.11±1.71mmHg和2.45±1.49mmHg,两者之间差异有显著性(t=2.91,P<0.05)。结论:心理护理能提高非接触式眼压计眼压测量值的准确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the influence of psychology on the result of non - contact tonometer.[Method]100 patients (200 eyes) were checked by non - contact tonometer(NCT) and goldmann applantation tonometer before and after psychological nursing.[Result]The intraocular pressure(IOP)checked by NCT was 15.3±2.19mmHg before psychological nursing and the difference in the result of goldmann applantation tonometer was 3.11±1.71mmHg,The intraocular pressure were 14.7±2. 40mmHg and 2.45±1.49mmHg after psychology nursing.The difference in the result of NCT and goldmann applantation tonometer after psychology nursing was less than that before psychology nursing(t = 2.91,P<0.05).[Conclusion]Psychological nursing can improve the veracity of the result of NCT.更多还原
