【摘要】 目的:探讨剖宫产术中即时放置吉娜宫内节育器(GyneFix^TMpp-IUD)对产后避孕的安全性及可行性。方法:2003年2月17日至2004年9月在我院行剖宫产术即时放置吉娜IUD,术后定期随访。结果:对111例使用者术后1、3、6、12、15个月进行随访,结果妊娠率0.9%,脱落率0.9%,因症取出率4.5%。结论:剖宫产术中即时放置吉娜环安全性高,避孕效果可靠,具有脱落率低,副反应少等优点,适于临床使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]This paper discusses the security and feasibility of fixing GyneFix^TMPP-IUD in the course of caesarean birth.[Metbod]Regular visits after operations have been paid to the patients who had been fixed GyneFix^TMPP-IUD in the course of caesarean birth during the period of 17th,February,2003 to September of 2004 in the First People’s Hospital of Jiashan. [Result]Regular visits are paid to 111 users after their operations in the 1st,3rd,6th,12th,and 15th months,and the pregnant rate is 0.9%,the rate of losing GyneFix^TMPP-IUD is 0.9%,and the rate of taking out the GyneFix^TMPP-IUD due to some symptoms is 4.5%.[Conclusion]It is fit for clinical application to fix GyneFix^TMPP-IUD in the course of caesarean birth because of its high security and good effects of birth control,the low losing rate and the few side-effects.更多还原
