一种用于D/A转换电路的带隙基准电压源的设计
Design of a Kind of Bandgap-Voltage-Reference Circuit for DAC
【摘要】 本文介绍了带隙基准电压源的原理,实现了一个高精度的带隙基准电压源电路。此电路在-20℃ ̄100℃的温度范围内,有效温度系数为6.1ppm/℃;电源电压在1.6V ̄2.0V变化时,其电源抑制比为103.7dB。
【Abstract】 A kind of bandgap-voltage-reference circuit is given for DAC. The precision and stableness is very important to the DAC. The principle of bandgap-voltage-reference is introduced and a high precision bandgap-reference-circuit is achieved, which has the temperature coefficient of 6.1ppm/℃ during the temperature from -20℃ to 100℃, and 103.7dB power supply restrain ratio during the power supply from 1.6V to 2.0V.
