不同加工方法杭白菊的红外谱图分析

【摘要】 目的:考察不同加工方法杭白菊的红外光谱,找出红外谱图的特征,以期能够指导实际生产。方法:利用现代红外光谱技术,结合中药材红外光谱三级鉴定理论,在对谱图进行小波消噪的基础上,分析不同加工方法杭白菊的红外原谱、二阶导数谱及二维相关谱,提取红外谱图特征。结果:不同加工方法(硅胶干燥、蒸晒、微波干燥、气流微波干燥)杭白菊的红外原谱、二阶导数谱及二维相关谱谱图的特征明显。气流微波干燥与传统蒸晒法谱图特征性接近。结论:红外光谱技术可以从宏观上区别不同加工方法的杭白菊,可用来作为一种指导杭白菊加工生产的宏观分析方法。

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze integrally the main chemical constituents existed in four different processed Hang- baiju samples.Methods:Using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Results:FTIR spectrums Second-order de- rivative spectrums were determined Two-dimensional spectrums of these samples.One of the four different process- ing is desiccation by silica gels,the second one is desiccation by microwave,the third one is desiccation by micro- wave with wet airs,the last one is a traditional one which is processed by braising and solarizations.The results indi- cated that the four samples’spectrums have different characters ,we can discriminate them.The IR characters of sam- ple which desiccated by microwave with wet airs and the sample processed by braising and solarizations are similar. Conclusion:FT-IR spectroscopy with the characters of speediness,good repeatability and easy operation can on- line trace the speciality and change of the chemical constituents in medicinal materials,so it can be used as an ef- fective analytical means to control and direction the processing of Hangbaiju.
