【摘要】 目的:建立鉴别木香、川木香、土木香的方法。方法:Kromasil C₁₈柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1 mL·min^-1,柱温为30℃。结果:在选定色谱条件下,建立了稳定可控的高效液相色谱图;应用主成分分析法、系统聚类分析法将药材分成三类,并计算相似度。结论:应用高效液相色谱法鉴别木香、川木香、土木香是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 To identify Radix Aucklandiae,Radix Vladimiriae and Radix Inulae.Method:The finger- prints were obtained from Waters 2695 instrument,the HPLC was performed on a Kromasil C₁₈（250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） analytical column gradient eluted with methanol- water at the flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1.The temperature of column was 30℃.The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result:Principal components analysis and clustering analysis were used in the identification of the samples,and the similitude was computed by computer.Conclusion: The method can identify Radix Aucklandiae,Radix Ⅵadimiriae and Radix Inulae.更多还原
