【摘要】 简单介绍了高速逆流色谱(HSCCC)技术及其在药物分离分析中的应用。通过参阅国内外的文献报道,综述了 HSCCC的仪器类型、特点、溶剂系统、技术发展及近年来在分离分析天然产物、蛋白质、抗生素、手性化合物等领域的研究和应用进展。结果表明,HSCCC 适用于药物有效成分的定性分析与分离,与其他色谱技术联用有望用于中药定量分析。HSCCC 技术在药物研发中有广阔应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-speed counter current chromatography(HSCCC) technology and application in the separation and analysis of pharmaceuticals were_briefly introduced.This paper reviews recent development of HSCCC technolo- gy and applications of HSCCC in the separations and analysis of natural products,proteins,antibiotics,chiral com- pounds etc.HSCCC was applied for separation of many compounds and may be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis when coupled with HPLC,MS,NMR etc.HSCCC is a new technology which has wide application in the re- search and development of pharmaceuticals.更多还原
