【摘要】 目的:测定不同产地、不同种属红景天中红景天苷和酪醇的含量。方法:采用Kromasil C₁₈柱（5μm,250mm×4.6 mm）;乙腈-水（8:92）为流动相;检测波长:220nm;流速:1mL·min^-1。结果:红景天苷和酪醇线性范围分别为2.0～59.8μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999,n=6）和1.0～29.5μg·mL^-1（r=0.9997,n=6）;平均回收率（n=9）分别为97.8%和98.4%。结论:本方法快捷、简便,结果准确、可靠,重复性好,可作为同时测定不同种属红景天药材有效成分红景天苷和酪醇的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine salidroside and tyrosol in different species of Rhodiola from different areas. Methods:The chromatographic method was carried out on Kromasil C₁₈column（5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm）using acetonitrile-water（8:92）as the mobile phase;the detection wavelength was 220 nm and flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1.Results:The linear ranges were 2.0-59.8μg·mL^-1for salidroside and 1.0-29.5μg·mL^-1for tyrosol respectively.The average recoveries（n=9）were 97.8% and 98.4%.Conclusions:The method is simple,accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Rhodiola.更多还原
