糖类物质的色谱分析
Determination of sugars by chromatography methods
【摘要】 综述了糖类化合物的色谱分离和检测的方法,包括气相色谱、高效液相色谱和毛细管电泳,主要对糖类化合物衍生方法进行了较为详细的介绍。
【Abstract】 An overview of the determination and separation methods on sugars is present here.These methods in- clude gas chromatography (GC),high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and capillary electrophoresis (CE).The conditions of UV and fluorescence derivatization for sugars were emphasized.
