【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法同时测定头风痛胶囊中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量。方法:色谱柱为 Eeonosphere C₁₈柱（5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）;流动相为甲醇-水（50:50）;流速:1 mL·min^-1;柱温:室温;检测波长:248 nm;进样量:10 μL。结果:头风痛胶囊中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素进样量分别在0.04～0.4μg和0.04～0.45μg范围内与峰面积呈线性关系;平均回收率分别为98.8%和97.1%;RSD 分别为1.3%和2.0%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可作为头风痛胶囊中欧前胡素、异欧前胡素的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To establish the method for determining of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Toufengtong capsules by HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out by HPLC using a Econosphere C₁₈（5μm,4.6 mm ×250 mm）column.The mobile phase was methanol-water（50:50）and PAD detection wavelength was 248 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.The column temperature was room temperature.Injection volume was 10 μL. Results:There were good linear relation-ship between the absorption area value and the concentration in the ran- ges of 0.04-0.4 μg for imperatorin and 0.04-0.45μg for isoimperatorin respectively.The average recoveries were 98.8% （RSD=1.3%）and 97.1%（RSD=2.0%）respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and can be used to determine imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Toufengtong capsules.更多还原
