气相色谱法建立银耳孢糖特定(指纹)图谱的探讨

【摘要】 目的:建立银耳孢糖特定(指纹)图谱。方法:利用苯酚-硫酸法,间-羟基联苯法确定银耳孢糖组分,采用高效液相色谱、气相色谱、薄层色谱3种色谱法对组成糖进行分析。结果:银耳孢糖其中性糖和酸性糖含量分别为60%和10%。主要由岩藻糖、木糖、甘露糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖及葡萄糖醛酸组成,其摩尔比为0.65:0.75:0.0085:1.35:0.37。结论:气相色谱方法的组成糖分析所得到的信息最完整,图谱具有指纹特征。此方法专属性强,重现性好,用于制作银耳孢糖特定(指纹)图谱是可行的。

【Abstract】 To establish the method of specific(fingerprint)of Tremella fuciformis Berk(TF).Method: Neutral sugars and uronic acid were detected by the phenol-sulfuric acid and m-hydroxylbiphenyl.Component sugars were assayed by HPLC,GC,TLC.Results:TF contained 60% neutral sugars and 10% uronic acid.Compo- nent sugars were Fuc,Xyl,Man,Gal,Glu and Glu A in the molar ratio 0.65:0.75:0.0085:1.35:0.37.Conclu- sion:Result of GC would express all information with specific(fingerprint)characterization.The method has strong specificity and good reproducibility,and it is feasible that would been as specific(fingerprint)of TF.
