【摘要】 目的:测定大败毒胶囊中芍药苷的含量。方法:采用 RP-HPLC 法,Agilent Zorbax SB C₁₈（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,B-RP（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（15:85）,流速1.00mL·min^-1,检测波长230nm。结果:芍药苷在0.114～1.14μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997,平均加样回收率98.8%,RSD 为2.0%（n=5）。结论:本方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可用于该中药的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Dabaidu capsules with RP-HPLC.Methods: Agilent Zorbax SB C₁₈column (（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,B-RP（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water （15:85）,the flow rate was 1.00mL·min^-1.The detection wave- length was 230nm.Results:The standard curve of paeoniflorin was linear in the range of 0.114-1.14μg.The correlation coefficient was 0.9997.The average recovery and RSD were 98.8% and 2.0% （n=5）respectively. Conclusion:Results obtained showed that it’s a reliable and accurate and reproducibility method for the quality con- trol of Dabaidu capsules.更多还原
