【摘要】 目的:建立测定鼻敏颗粒中升麻苷含量的 HPLC 法。方法:采用 ZORBAX Bonus-RP 柱（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（25:75）,检测波长为254nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为室温。结果:升麻苷在0.084～0.42μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.62%,RSD=1.31%（n=6）。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于该药品成分的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC for determination of Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin in Bimin gran- ules.Methods:The HPLC system consisted of ZORBAX Bonus-RP column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）;CH₃ OH -H₂O（25:75）mixture as a mobile phase;detection wavelenth at 254 nm;1.0 mL·min^-1of flow rate and column temperature at room temperature.Results:The linear range of Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin was 0.084-0.42 μg,r =0.9999;the recovery was 100.06%,RSD=1.31%（n=6）.Conclusion:The method is simple,the result is ac- curate,higher sensitivity and reproducibility is good.This method can be used for the determination of Bimin granules.更多还原
