【摘要】 目的:建立了不同产地桑叶药材中黄酮类成分（芦丁,槲皮苷）的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为 Merck RP-C₁₈（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相采用甲醇-0.5%的磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长358nm,流速1mL·min^-1,柱温:25℃。结果:芦丁在0.10～1.01μg之间、槲皮苷在0.06～0.60μg之间有良好的线性关系。结论:本法操作简便,检测灵敏,有很好的重复性和稳定性,能一次性测定桑叶中2种有效成分的含量,为桑叶的质量控制提供了很好的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the contents of flavonoids（rutin and quercitrin ）in Folium Mori from different sources.Method :The determination was performed by HPLC,using Merck RP-C₁₈（ 250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）, methanol-0.5%phosphoric acid gradient elution as mobile phase.The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min^-1and the column temperature was set at 25℃.the wavelength of ditector was 358 nm.Result:The result of the content determination shows that rutin and quercitrin have good linear relation from 0.10 μg to 1.01μg and 0.06 μg to 0.60μg respectively.Conclusion:The results show the method above is accurate,rapid and reproducibility,which would be beneficial for the quality control of this drug.更多还原
