【摘要】 目的:建立 HPLC 测定洋金花中东莨菪碱的含量的方法。方法:采用 BDS HYPERSIL-C₁₈柱（5μm,3.0mm×250mm）,流动相为:0.02mol·L^-1醋酸钠溶液（含0.02%三乙胺,用醋酸调 pH 至7.0）-甲醇（48:52）,流速为0.5mL·min^-1,检测波长为210nm,柱温:25℃。结果:东莨菪碱在0.6～2.0μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.93%,RSD=1.0,2%（n=6）。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可为评价洋金花质量提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To estabhsh a method for determination of scopolamine hydrobromide in Flos Daturae by HPLC.Method:The HPLC system consisted of BDS HYPERSIL-C₁₈column（5μm,3.0 mm ×250 mm）,0.02 mol ·L^-1sodium acetate（contained 0.02%triethyl amine,adjusted to pH=7.0 with acetic acid）-methanol（48:52） mixture as a mobile phase,detection wavelength at 210 nm,0.5 mL· min^-1of flow rate and column temperature at 25℃.Results:The linear range of scopolamine hydrobromide was 0.6-2.0μg,r=0.9999,the recovery was 99.93%,RSD=1.02%（n=6）.Conclusion:The method is simple,the result is accurate,higher sensitivity and the reproducibility is good.This method can be used for the quality study of Flos Daturae.更多还原
