【摘要】 目的:寻找金银花中的抗呼吸道病毒感染的成分,并进行定量研究。方法:采用各种柱层析方法分离、细胞病变法进行抗病毒作用的研究,采用 RP-HPLC 方法进行定量方法的研究。色谱系统:DIKMA Diamonsil 色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,柱温:30℃,检测波长350 nm,流动相:乙腈（A）-0.5%醋酸（B）,梯度洗脱:0～30 min,流动相 A 由10%→30%,流动相B由90%→70%,流速:1.0 mL·min^-1。结果:分离得到了2种黄酮类化合物,确认黄酮类成分具有较强的抗呼吸道病毒作用,并采用 HPLC 方法测定了金银花中的木犀草苷的含量。结论:黄酮类成分为金银花中的有效成分,定量方法准确,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To search for the antiviral components from the flowers of Lonicera japonica Thunb.and de- termine the content of luteolin-7-O-glucoside in Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.Methods:To isolate components in various column chromatography and test the antiviral activities in CPE methods.The content was determined by RP -HPLC method.The separation was carried out on a DIKMA Diamonsil（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 350 nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile （A） and 0.5%acetic acid （B）,gradient elution:0-30 min,A:10%→30%and B:90%→70%.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1.Results:Two fla- vonoids were isolated from Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.These flavonoids showed antiviral activities against respiratory viruses.The content of luteolin-7-O-glucoside was determined by RP-HPLC.Conclusion:The flavonoids are the effective components in Flos Lonicerae Japonicae.This method is simple and accurate.更多还原
