RP-HPLC二极管阵列检测器对阿替洛尔注射液质量的研究
RP-HPLC diode array detector for determinating of related substances of atenolol and its injection
【摘要】 目的:建立阿替洛尔注射液含量及有关物质的 RP-HPLC 测定法。方法:采用 Shimadzu ODS 色谱柱,以甲醇-磷酸二氢钾-庚烷磺酸钠(400:600:1.3)为流动相,检测波长275 nm。结果:阿替洛尔峰与各成分的分离度及检出灵敏度满足测定要求。阿替洛尔峰最小检出量为2ng(S/N=3)。二极管阵列检测器检测阿替洛尔峰纯度>99.99%。结论:本法简便,专属,准确。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for the determination of related substances in Atenolol and its injection.Methods: Shimadzu ODS column was used.The mobile phase was methanol:monopotassium phosphate:sodium heptane sulfonate(400:600: 1.30).Detection wavelength was at 254 nm.Results:Resolution and detectable sensitivity of each constituentin sample satisfies determined demand of related substances.The limit of detection was 2 ng(S/N=3).The peakpurity of Atenolol determined by diode array detector is >99.99%.Conclusion:This method is found to be simple,selective,effective.
