【摘要】 目的:分析药用丁基胶塞的挥发性成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS),并利用 NIST 谱库,分离鉴定药用丁基胶塞中挥发性的化学成分。结果:药用丁基胶塞中主要检出21种挥发性成分,其中硅烷化试剂、抗氧剂、饱和烷烃类化合物在药用丁基胶塞的挥发性成分中所占的比例相对较高。普通丁基胶塞、氯化丁基胶塞、溴化丁基胶塞和镀膜丁基胶塞所含有的挥发性成分存在一定的差异。结论:药用丁基胶塞中挥发性成分的分析,为进一步进行药用丁基胶塞与药物之间的相容性考察,奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Volatile chemical components from butyl rubber closures were analyzed.Method:Using GC-MS and NIST chromatography library in the Xcalibur workstation to analyze the volatile substances from butyl rubber closures.Results:There were 21 substances volatiled from rubber closures measured in the experiment.And there was some difference between different rubber closures.Conclusion:The results of the experiment to analyze the volatile substances from rubber closures was a basis to study the compatibility between drugs and rubber closures.更多还原
