川产黄花蒿中桉油精、蒿酮、樟脑、石竹烯、氧化石竹烯含量的气相色谱法测定

【摘要】 目的:建立川产黄花蒿中桉油精、蒿酮、樟脑、石竹烯、氧化石竹烯含量的气相色谱测定方法。方法:采用岛津 GC-14B气相色谱仪,FID 检测器,DB-1石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm),氮气为载气,以十二烷为内标物进行测定。结果:在该色谱条件下,样品中桉油精、蒿酮、樟脑、石竹烯、氧化石竹烯与内标物十二烷能够较好分离,加样回收率桉油精为97.11%(RSD=3.1%);蒿酮为95.52%(RSD=4.2%);樟脑为95.64%(RSD=4.5%);石竹烯为96.81%(RSD=3.9%);氧化石竹烯为95.89%(RSD=4.6%)。结论:本法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于黄花蒿中挥发性成分的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the GC determination of eucalyptol,artemisia ketone,camphor,caryophyllene and caryophyllene oxide in Artemisia annua L.produced in Sichuan.Method:The internal standard method was employed with dodecane as the internal standard;The GC system consisted of Shimadzu GC-14B with a flame-i- onization detector,DB-1 capillary column (30m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),nitrogen as the carrier gas.Result:Eu- calyptol,artemisia ketone,camphor,caryophyllene,caryophyllene oxide and dodecane have been separated well un- der the chromatographic condition.The mean recovery of eucalyptol,artemisia ketone,camphor,caryophyllene and caryophyllene oxide were 97.11% (RSD=3.1%),95.52% (RSD=4.2%),95.64% (RSD=4.5%),96.81% (RSD=3.9%),95.89%(RSD=4.6%) respectively.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and can be used to control the quality of Artemisia annua L.
