【摘要】 目的:制备复方盐酸金刚乙胺微丸胶囊并对其质量标准进行研究。方法:采用离心造粒法制备复方盐酸金刚乙胺微丸,并对其进行包衣,测定其含量后灌装成胶囊。4种药物中盐酸金刚乙胺采用气相色谱法测定含量,其余3种用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果:制备了复方盐酸金刚乙胺速释胶囊,初步建立了含量测定方法。结论:本方法制备复方金刚乙胺胶囊简便可行,所拟定的含量测定方法可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 To prepare compound rimantadine hydrochloride capsules and study on establishing the qual- ity standard for it.Methods:Using centrifugal fluid-bed equipment to make compound rimantadine hydrochloride pellets and coat the pellets,fill to the capsules after content determination.Rimantadine hydrochloride is determined using GC method and the other three compounds are detected by HPLC.Results:Compound rimantadine hydrochlo- ride capsules was prepared and established the quality standard for it preliminarily.Conclusion:The method of preparation of capsules is simple and the quality control of the capsule is feasible.更多还原
